NEBSA

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION 

NEBSA  was established in 2007  and was formerly known as the National ITFS Association, NIA, which was established in 1978.

NEBSA is a non-profit, professional organization of EBS licensees, applicants and others interested in EBS activities.

Memberships in the National EBS Association (NEBSA, are open to non profit entities which hold an EBS license or Construction permit.  EBS Call Letters must be supplied with the application.  Member entities shall name one representative to serve as the organization's contact person and to receive announcements and other information.

Memberships in NEBSA are also open to any individual, business, organization, institution or professional society which supports the purposes of the Association and wishes to share in its activities.

The goals of the Association are to gather and exchange information about EBS, to gather data on utilization of EBS, to act as a conduit for those seeking information or assistance about EBS, and to represent the interests of EBS licensees and applicants.

The Board of Directors has regional, at-large, and industry representatives.  The Officers of the Association are elected by The Board of Directors.

There are three (3)

membership categories/types.

EBS Licensees Members

Open to all non-profit entities holding an EBS (ITFS) license.  Members shall name an Official Representative to serve as that organization contact person and voting representative

Associate Member

Open to any individual, non-profit organization, educational institution or professional society that does not hold an EBS (ITFS) license, nor is a business entity, and wish to share in the activities and support of the NEBSA.  Members shall name an Official Representative to serve as the contact person and to receive announcements and other information

Business & Corporate Members

Open to any business (individual, partnership, association, company, corporation, etc.)  that wish to share in the activities and support of NEBSA Such members shall name one representative to serve as the Official Representative to receive announcements and other information This Official Representative will be eligible to be appointed to one of the three (3) NEBSA Board positions designated to represent business and industry
