Table Top Exhibitors Agreement

NEBSA is offering companies and organizations in the EBS industry an opportunity to participate in a Table Top Exhibition Monday, February 20 through Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at  NEBSA's 2012 Annual Meeting and Convention to be held at the Newport Beach, California Marriott Hotel & Spa.

Why Exhibit?

Leaders of the EBS industries and the most knowledgeable engineers, FCC Counsel, government regulators, and the most experienced and successful EBS educators attend this conference.

Table Top Exhibits are one of many ways in which to display your company's/organization's information, products and services  and reach that important targeted audience in an informal setting.  The Table Top Exhibit Area may be attended or unattended.  Tables are set up in a high attendee traffic and visible area.

Table Top Exhibitors are required to register for the full conference to be eligible to exhibit.  Exhibitors will receive a packet of information to order phone lines, audio visual equipment and/or electricity upon confirmation of your exhibit space.

Exhibitors may bring up to two additional booth personnel with out registering them for the conference.  But, if they do not register for the conference, they will not be entitled to  attend any of the conference sessions.  Tickets for meals and/or special events may be purchased for the additional booth personnel.  Please contact Lois Freeland - NEBSA Annual Meeting and  Conference Coordinator for prices.
