Presenter:  Chris Packert of the RiverRidge Foundation in Bentonville, VA - Winner of the "2009 Wireless Education Competition"

To encourage the creation of innovative educational  applications of wireless broadband technology, NEBSA and the Source for Learning conducted the First Annual Wireless Education Competition. Entries were judged on the logic and clarity of instructional design, effective and innovative use of wireless  broadband, and the current or potential impact on the target audience.

Where is the Transition Going - The Legal Perspective

We are now past the FCC deadline for the initiation of proponent driven transitions to the new EBS band plan.  If your market is still not transitioned, you need to learn about the process for self-transition, which must be initiated by EBS licensees no later than April 19, 2009.  The process is complicated, so you need to find out what you must do to preserve your license.
