Navigating the FCC's Universal License System

The FCC's Universal Licensing System, the ULS, is both the source of your stations FCC history, and virtually the only way to file reports, applications and file comments.  Save time and expense by learning to search the ULS and to file modifications, applications for renewal, EBS leases, administrative updates and ownership disclosure filings.

 

Building Your Own Digital System

For licensees that choose to self transition or to build a separate digital system serving a small geographic area, the questions are:  who will design it, which will build it, what will be its costs, and what sill be its advantages and limitations.  Get the answers to those questions from experts who are designing and building WiMax Systems.

A must session for licensees who have yet to enter into Excess Capacity Leases, but are considering the lease alternative and for who seek reassurance they will be able to meet the FCC's requirement for spectrum leases.  Learn who is leasing, the typical terms, leasing's up-and-down sides, the steps to follow to conduct an effective lease negotiation.

 

ULS Practice Lab

Practice and reinforce what you've learned in "Navigating the ULS" in the ULS Practice Lab.  There, an ULS expert will guide you through accessing the ULS and the techniques for searching, and filing reports, comments and applications.
