Is the theme for the NEBSA/NIA 2008 Annual Conference and Meeting in February 2008, when NEBSA/NIA will meet in Newport Beach, California to celebrate NIA's Thirtieth Anniversary and a new identity for the Association that shows it is now working on behalf of Educational Broadband Service  (EBS) providers.

A lot has changed since 1978, and no where have the changes been greater than in educational telecommunications.

So, from the time when you arrive in Newport Beach for the Opening Reception On Monday, February 18th and until after the Final Event on Wednesday evening, February 20th, you can expect that your time and money will have been well spent.

Once again the NEBSA/NIA Annual Meeting will cover the waterfront of topics and issues that confront you as you seek to preserve and obtain the maximum benefits from your spectrum.  You can count on expert advice on leasing, on what and when the FCC is likely, or not likely, to do, and what your best moves are on the white (unlicensed) space between you and other adjacent licensees.
